Gwangju Women's University Hosts "2023 Academic Year K-MOOC Zoom-In Special Lecture Workshop

Gwangju Women's University, led by President Lee Seon-jae, announced on the 22nd that its Remote Education Support Center recently conducted the "2023 Academic Year K-MOOC Zoom-In Special Lecture Workshop."

In this special lecture, Ms. Lee Keum-il, the director of OBENEF, was invited to cover topics such as the overview and latest trends of the K-MOOC project, the development strategy of K-MOOC content at Gwangju Women's University, and guidance on the production process and utilization tips.

Following this, a relay lecture format workshop was conducted, featuring topics such as "Teaching methods applicable in online lectures" by Director Han Jong-hee of the Gwangju Women's University Center for Teaching and Learning Support, "Introduction to K-MOOC application and procedures" by Director Jo Hye-eun of the Remote Education Support Center, and an introduction to the new K-MOOC course for 2023 titled "AI Skin Analysis and Customized Cosmetics Development" by Professor Min Hye-jeong from the Department of Cosmetic Science.

Teachers who participated in the workshop expressed their satisfaction, stating, "It was an informative session where we could learn in detail about the latest trends and the production and operation procedures of K-MOOC. It was also an opportunity to promote our university's new K-MOOC course."

Director Jo Hye-eun of the Remote Education Support Center at Gwangju Women's University said, "We will actively support the expansion and sharing of K-MOOC operations by our university professors in the future."
